The story of Pressure & Flow Control Industries began in 1975, with a simple belief: precision, reliability and engineering integrity should never be compromised.
That belief brought together Mr. B. M. Pandya and Mr. J. M. Pandya, who founded a registered family partnership in Vadodara, Gujarat, with a vision to manufacture dependable instrumentation products for the measurement and control of pressure and vacuum.
From those early beginnings, a name began to take shape.
What started as a family-led manufacturing venture steadily evolved into an engineering enterprise serving industries where safety, accuracy and reliability are critical.
Over the decades, the products changed. The technology advanced. Manufacturing capabilities expanded. New markets opened.
But the philosophy at the heart of PRECON® remained the same:

Today, Pressure & Flow Control Industries operates from its headquarters and manufacturing facility at 823, GIDC Industrial Estate, Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat, India, one of the country's established industrial manufacturing regions with strong connectivity by road, rail and air.
From Vadodara, products carrying the PRECON® name have travelled far beyond India's borders, reaching customers and industries across nearly 20 countries.
Yet our story has never been defined only by how far we have travelled.
It is defined by how far we have come.
From the vision of two founders in 1975 to generations of engineering experience, manufacturing knowledge and continuous development, PRECON® continues to move forward while remaining firmly connected to the principles on which it was built.
A Milestone in Indian Engineering
PRECON® became the first Indian manufacturer to achieve EC Type Examination Certification for Flame Arresters and Combined Breather Valves, and is also EAC certified.
For us, this achievement represented more than a certification.
It was the result of decades of engineering experience, disciplined manufacturing, rigorous testing and an uncompromising commitment to safety.
Since the beginning of our journey, quality has remained one of the defining principles of PRECON®. Every product we manufacture is built with the understanding that it may be installed in critical industrial environments where reliability and safety are essential.

We follow internationally recognized manufacturing practices and established quality procedures to ensure consistency, durability and dependable performance. Raw materials are sourced from trusted and qualified suppliers and are subjected to defined quality checks before entering production.

The EC Type Examination Certification — alongside our EAC certification — marked an important chapter in our history and strengthened PRECON®'s position as an Indian manufacturer capable of developing safety equipment in line with demanding international requirements.

Where It All Began
Before PRECON® became a recognised name in pressure and flow control equipment, it began with two people, a family partnership and an ambition to build something that would last.
Mr. B. M. Pandya and Mr. J. M. Pandya established Pressure & Flow Control Industries with an initial focus on instrumentation products used for pressure and vacuum measurement.
At a time when India's industrial landscape was rapidly developing, they saw an opportunity not merely to manufacture products, but to develop engineering solutions that industries could depend upon.
Every component manufactured, every drawing developed and every product delivered added another chapter to that vision.
Year after year, experience became expertise.
Expertise became capability.
And capability became PRECON®.
