Overview
Slot dipping devices give operators a controlled, vapor-tight access point for manual dipping and sampling of tank contents — a routine but safety-critical task on storage tanks that still rely on manual gauging alongside automatic level instrumentation.
How it works
A self-closing slot mechanism opens only far enough to admit the dip tape or sample thief, minimizing vapor release during use, and reseals automatically once withdrawn.
